Intervention after alarm Our patrolling guards respond as soon as an alarm alert reaches the dispatching centre to which it is linked.            Our mobile guards confirm the call-out and intervene at the premises on board vehicles that are homologated by the Department of Home Affairs and in the colours of our company. They follow an unequivocal procedure during the response that guarantees you a maximum of efficiency while ensuring the highest level of security. They remain in constant contact with the central alarm station and if necessary call the police.                     Our guards are never armed. Our organisation has taken a conscious decision to only work with unarmed personnel.
